Why present at CCR
Rounding brings faculty and colleagues to your board for a real conversation about your work.
Present in a short, focused talk at your board to a rounding group led by CCR faculty, in a CME-approved session.
Accepted abstracts are printed in the program book and published in the meeting app and online.
With press onsite, research from CCR poster rounding has been covered widely. Your findings could travel further than the meeting.
Already published or presented? Encore presentations of peer-reviewed work are welcome.
Who can submit
Anyone registered to attend the meeting may submit up to two abstracts of original clinical or basic research related to rheumatology. Every presenter must be a registered attendee.
Physicians, active or retired
Nurse practitioners and physician assistants
PharmDs, PhDs and researchers
Active and retired military clinicians
Trainees can submit to NYRIF, the North American Young Rheumatology Investigator Forum, which also accepts clinical case reports and offers travel stipends. Go to the NYRIF portal
Case reports aren’t accepted for CCR poster rounding. CCR does not reimburse presenters for travel, hotel or per diem expenses.
One clear process
Every step saves as you go, and you can come back from your dashboard any time before the deadline.
Upload your abstract and get immediate feedback against the CCR guidelines: length, title, authors and disclosures.
Sign the conflict-of-interest disclosure online in a few minutes. It's required for CME-approved rounding.
Follow your status on your dashboard. Accepted posters are grouped by category for faculty rounding.
File types, length limits, the disclosure form, and what happens after you submit: the guidelines and help center have the answers.
